Quality Control

Our aim is to keep you abreast of cleaning activity undertaken any and new developments at your sites in a regular and concise manner. We also want your feedback so that we can improve our service and adapt to your changing needs.

Because our colleagues are partners in the business, RSS hold monthly “Partner meetings” where our performance can be examined and discussed in a structured way. The aim of these meetings is to establish a better or more efficient way of providing our service to you. But we need your input too.


As cleaning can be subjective we will agree with you a set of standards that we can all work to. These standards are based on BICSc industry standards and will form the basis of our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with you. Running alongside our SLA we will propose a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with you that will cover every aspect of our activity both on and offsite.

Our aim is to achieve a completed satisfaction sign off sheet at the first attempt.


As well as agreeing sign off sheets with you we will produce a Service Report for you that shall detail all significant activity in the reporting period. The Service Report will contain information on;

  • KPI performance
  • H&S incidents on site
  • Training completed
  • Compliments and complaints – with outcomes
  • Next steps from Partner Meetings
  • Starters and leavers

Significantly, our Partner Meetings are held onsite and focus on how we can improve or develop our offering to you so that true, continuous improvement is achieved. Occasionally, we may invite you to one of our meetings so that we may present to you any cost down initiatives or productivity improvements.

Revolution is currently in the process of obtaining ISO9001:2008 accreditation and we expect to have certification next year.
